Meet Doctor Dave Dorroh
I really feel like I was created to be a dentist. When I was probably five, four or five years old, we visited a family that my dad had been stationed with, and we went over and met with this guy. He was an orthodontist.
And these guys had just a really nice family, nice house. And when we left, I’ll never forget, my dad looked over the seat at my brothers and I, and he said, you boys ought to be dentists. And lo and behold, my first job when I got out of dental school, I went to work for a gentleman that was a very experienced dentist.
The number one lesson he taught me was never compromise on quality. Our job, or my goal, is always to try and be as painless as possible, because I know how scared I was as a child of the dentist. So if we can make it absolutely a comfortable experience, then I feel like we’ve done a good job.
I mean, when you change somebody’s life and literally take them from not being able to smile to being able to smile and fully express themselves, that’s very rewarding. You know, we’re here for quality, and that’s really what it’s all about.

Graduating from the University of Texas Health Science Center, Dr. Dorroh ranked in the top five percent of his class. His academic excellence earned him membership in Omicron Kappa Upsilon, the prestigious national dental honor society, as well as the Mosby Scholarship Award. The exceptional standards he set early in his career continue to drive his practice today.
Dr. Dorroh maintains active memberships in several professional organizations, including the American Dental Association, Texas Dental Association, Houston District Dental Society, American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, and the Tomball Chamber of Commerce. His dedication to ongoing education is evident in his extensive postgraduate training. Notably, Dr. Dorroh is among a select group of only 240 dentists worldwide to have completed advanced training at the Foundation for Advanced Continuing Education (FACE).
Committed to staying at the forefront of dental advancements, Dr. Dorroh continuously evaluates new techniques and technologies. This ensures his patients receive the most effective, minimally invasive treatments with a focus on comfort. His dedication guarantees top-quality care both now and in the future.
Outside of his professional life, Dr. Dorroh has been happily married to his wife Tara for over four decades. They are proud parents to three married sons and doting grandparents to seven grandchildren. In his leisure time, Dr. Dorroh enjoys golfing, spending quality moments with his wife, and cherishing time with his grandchildren.

I cannot put into words how incredibly grateful I am to have found Dr. Dorroh, and his incredible staff! I presented to this office late on a Monday with a major dilemma. I was experiencing severe tooth pain and was due to travel for my cousins wedding in less than 72 hours. The level of care that I received here was stark in comparison to my previous experience elsewhere. With almost no notice, Dr. Dorroh carved out the time to see me late in the evening. During our visit, he identified a molar that needed an extraction, and said he could fit me in the following day. Out of compassion for my pain, he offered to numb my mouth to provide me a few hours of relief for the night. Afterwards, I went to pay and was told it was no charge. The kindness showed to me was overwhelming!
