I was only in town for a brief time and wasn’t able to book an appointment in advance. After my permanent retainer broke and caused some discomfort, I called and, within 30 minutes, I was already in the waiting room filling out paperwork to be seen. The staff was absolutely amazing! They quickly took care of the issue, relieved my discomfort, and had me on my way within about 10 minutes. Everyone was incredibly kind, professional, and genuinely seemed to care about my well-being. Thank you so much for making what could have been a stressful situation such an easy and positive experience. I truly appreciate everyone who helped me!

I cannot put into words how incredibly grateful I am to have found Dr. Dorroh, and his incredible staff! I presented to this office late on a Monday with a major dilemma. I was experiencing severe tooth pain and was due to travel for my cousins wedding in less than 72 hours. The level of care that I received here was stark in comparison to my previous experience elsewhere. With almost no notice, Dr. Dorroh carved out the time to see me late in the evening. During our visit, he identified a molar that needed an extraction, and said he could fit me in the following day. Out of compassion for my pain, he offered to numb my mouth to provide me a few hours of relief for the night. Afterwards, I went to pay and was told it was no charge. The kindness showed to me was overwhelming!
