Technology

We use the latest techniques in modern dentistry to provide you with earlier detection and less invasive treatment. You deserve precision dental procedures, which means not only easier, faster, and more comfortable visits, but improved healing time after treatment. We strive to make your world and the world around us a better place. And we’re achieving outstanding results!

75% Reduction in Radiation

We use digital X-rays in our practice! Now, with panoramic digital X-rays, we can view your entire mouth in one shot, including your upper and lower jaws. An image is taken of your mouth using digital sensor technology and then downloaded into our computer, where it is immediately available. No more waiting for images to develop! These methods result in 75% less radiation than conventional X-rays and produce no chemical waste to pollute the environment.

State-of-the-Art Sterilization

Your health is too vital for us to take even the slightest risk! Our instruments are sterilized after every use with a special unit called an autoclave, which is routinely checked by an independent lab to ensure the highest level of safety and cleanliness. In addition to the cleaning and sterilizing of all instruments after each use, single-use tools are used where possible. Rest assured that sterilization is an imperative in our office!

Intra-Oral Camera Makes You a Part of the Team

Dr. Dorroh wants you to be an equal participant in all decisions regarding your dental treatment, which means you need to see the inside of your mouth the way he does. Introducing the high-tech intra-oral camera. This amazing tool is a miniature video camera that displays a close-up picture of the inside of your mouth, allowing you to see what work needs to be done, and which teeth are doing fine. You’ll love how this works! It also allows us to see cavities that would be missed without the use of high magnification. Early detection results in less damage to your teeth.
